Hi my name is Karen and I am
Yoga Wakefield , and I absolutely love what I do, “ Teach Yoga “, I will continue to teach classes throughout Yorkshire whether that’s through our workplace programmes, charity work, community work, Classes at the studio, Empowering women through our Women’s Health Yoga and Outdoor Yoga it’s what I love to do and have no plans on giving it up anytime soon.😊

As the workload increases and more work comes in and general need for a break now and again I have a trusted team of pretty awesome Teachers.

Introducing 😊

Holly: who I did my teacher training with at Yoga Hero Leeds, she will be popping up more this year at our studio.
She loves a Vinyasa Power Flow and is excited to teach some more classes this year as well as teaching some of our beginners when I’m away.

Lucy: a regular face at our studio already teaching Vinyasa & Hatha on some Mondays and Thursdays as well as some of our on location events.
.
Kath: another teacher I’ve trained with on Probally three courses now, awesome teacher you’ll see on location as well as at our studio.

Lucy S: who loves a Slow Flow Yoga class and who you’ll see on some of our location Yoga classes as well as at the studio.

One thing is for sure with all these ladies they ALL are Big Smiley faces, women that care about peoples wellbeing and their passion for what they do shines through into their classes that they all deliver.

So meet the team, book on one of our classes, (more to come), meet them on our location events, our community projects and at the studio.
We are very lucky to have such a beautiful Yoga studio space and hope to continue to bring you classes every day at the studio, evening classes and weekends at the studio or daytime on location.
