AND GENERAL INFORMATION
The yoga-wakefield.co.uk online store is owned and run by Karen McQuire based at 178b Batley Road, Wakefield, WF20AJ.

  1. Orders in the online store can only be placed via the yoga-wakefield.co.uk website
  2. Orders in the online store can be placed 24 hours a day.
  3. A necessary condition for the order is the name, exact address, telephone number and e-mail address. There is no obligation to register and log in.
  4. All prices included in the offer are gross prices with no additional taxes to be added.
  5. The delivered goods are new and free from defects.
  6. We attach proof of purchase to each shipment.
  7. As an online webshop we comply by the distance selling contract, which means a customer may withdraw from a purchase it without giving any reason by submitting a relevant written statement within 30 days from the date of issue of the goods. The statement can be submitted by sending an e-mail to the address sales@yoga-wakefield.co.uk  or by post to the following address: yoga-wakefield.co.uk , 178b Batley Road, Wakefield, WF2 0AJ If the Consumer withdraws from the contract on the terms described above, he is obliged to return the products covered by the contract from which they have withdrawn. The return should take place no later than within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract, to the indicated address of 2Skin.co.uk as above.

II. PAYMENT METHODS, SHIPPING COSTS, ORDER TIME

1. Payment methods: 

  1. Payment directly by bank transfer to our bank account before collecting the goods. Please Contact us for more information.
  2. Payment for online orders is dealt with by PAYPAL before picking up the goods via the payment system (PayPal) is a fast and reliable way. Credit card details are secure on the website – they are used only to service a given transaction, and the payment connection is encrypted.
  3. For the sake of the security of transactions made in the payment system (PayPal), the store’s service may ask you to verify the order paid by phone or email (via the customer’s e-mail address provided in the PayPal service.
  4. Personal collection – 2Skin showroom, 178b Batley Road, Wakefield, WF2 0AJ payment directly by bank transfer to the bank account before picking up the goods or payment in cash on delivery of the goods in store.

FOREIGN SHIPMENTS:

a. Please Contact us by Email sales@yoga-wakefield.co.uk for more information as the website can only process UK transactions and shipping at this time.

3. Time of order fulfilment:

  1. Orders in the online store can be placed 24 hours a day.
  2. Orders are processed on the same day or the next working day.
  3. The Seller is not liable for non-delivery or delay in its delivery due to an incorrectly given address by the customer.
  4. Parcels sent by a courier company are delivered within 24 hours or 48 hours, usually between 08.30 and 17.30.
  5. In the case of absence from home at the time of trying to deliver the parcel, you must pick up the parcel yourself at the nearest courier company branch or contact the store staff and ask for the shipment number. At the email provided in the order, the courier company will send an email with information that will help in direct contact with the courier.
  6. The costs related to the non-collection of the package (refusal to the courier, unclaimed parcel in the parcel locker) are borne by the client in the amount of £7.50
  7. Where products are not in stock you will be informed by email within 24 hours of either the delivery time from the central warehouse or a suitable alternative that would be available for next day delivery.

III GUARANTEE AND COMPLAINT CONDITIONS

  1. Each purchased product is subject to a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.
  2. The warranty covers defects that occurred during normal operation or caused by manufacturing defects.
  3. The warranty does not cover any mechanical damage (tears, abrasions, abrasions, cuts etc.) and damage caused by careless or improper use, including incorrect washing of sports clothing.
  4. Complaints can only be made by the ordering party by direct email to sales@yoga-wakefield.co.uk
  5. Returns can be sent by post by returning the goods in a suitable condition, along with a proof of purchase or a copy, registered letter or other form of delivery, to the following address: 2Skin.co.uk, 178b Batley Road, Wakefield, WF2 0AJ with the note “Complaint”. The customer will receive information on the method of processing the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt by the store of the parcel containing the advertised goods.
  6. All information regarding the complaint will be directed to the e-mail address provided in the complaint form. The status of complaints and additional questions can be sent directly to the e-mail address: sales@yoga-wakefield.co.uk
  7. Please be advised that products sent as part of the complaint must meet basic hygiene requirements. The customer is obliged to submit the advertised goods clean, without dirt and hygienically harmless, i.e. also not giving off unpleasant odors. The complaint that does not comply with the hygiene rules will not be considered.

IV REFUND AND COMPLAINT

  1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving a reason by submitting a statement. The deadline runs from the date of receipt of the parcel to the date of submitting the statement, but as the statement is meant the date of its sending, not the day of receipt by the store.
  2. The statement can be submitted by email or attached to the package.
  3. The condition of withdrawal from the contract is sending the goods in the unaltered state, unless the change was necessary within the ordinary management (ie the bag in which the product is packed may be destroyed during opening) and attach a note giving full order details to the package or a card containing all information regarding the return / complaint, including the order number and giving the account number and legible signature – this is a necessary condition to start the return procedure, complaint.
  4. After receiving the parcel with the returned goods, the Shop will make an immediate refund, however not later than within 7 days.
  5. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the store does not cover the costs of sending the goods from the seller to our company headquarters.
  6. COD shipments will not be accepted.
  7. Each time, when the goods are not in accordance with the contract, the customer has the right to complain, while the customer is required to describe what the non-compliance is and to choose their claim, ie require repair or replacement. Description of discrepancies and selection of the claim, please send an email to sales@yoga-wakefield.co.uk or by post to the address of the company’s address

  8. The shop will respond to complaints within 14 days from the date of receipt by the store of the parcel with the advertised goods.
  9. The receipt or complaint of the goods is a receipt – a sales receipt that is always attached to the package or any other proof of purchase, including a confirmation of the transfer. The customer with the returned or advertised product is asked to attach the above-mentioned documents to the package.

EXCHANGE

  1. The customer has the right to exchange the product for another within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  2. The customer makes a statement to replace the product – he informs the store’s service about the willingness to exchange. The statement can be submitted in any way: by phone or e-mail. A replacement item is reserved in the warehouse for a given customer.
  3. The condition of the exchange is sending back the items in an unchanged condition, unless the change was necessary within the ordinary management board (ie the bag in which the product is packed may be destroyed during opening) and attach to the package a data sheet, order number or completed exchange form  – it is a necessary condition to start the exchange procedure. 
  4. After receiving the parcel with the item for exchange, the Shop will make the exchange not later than within 48 hours.
  5. The cost of shipment for exchange is borne by the customer.
  6. If the exchange results in a surcharge or underpayment, the store will contact the customer by email (return the difference to the indicated account or ask for additional payment to the company account.
  7. The basis for the exchange of goods is a receipt, which is always attached to the package. The customer, together with the product sent back, is obliged to attach the original receipt or a copy to the parcel.
